BNB Success Mentorship Platform — Privacy Policy

PUBLISHED v1.0 — effective 12 August 2026. Written against the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988). Applies to all programs.

Effective date: 12 August 2026 · Who we are: Clarke Syndicate Pty Ltd (ACN 683 945 422 / ABN 54 683 945 422) trading as BNB Success Mentorship. Contact for privacy matters: tech@bnbsuccess.com.au.

This policy applies to everyone who uses the BNB Success Mentorship platform (platform.bnbsuccess.com.au, also referred to as the BNB App), whatever program they are enrolled in, and to our Discord community, live coaching calls and events. It applies alongside your enrolment agreement.

1. What we collect

  • Account and enrolment: name, email, phone, Australian state, program, names of any other person enrolled with you, payment plan details, and — for students who join via Discord verification — your Discord ID, username, which of our servers and private channels you belong to, your mentor and your program start date.
  • Payments: amounts, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processors and never touch our servers.
  • Coaching calls: recordings of live calls you join (voice, video if your camera is on, chat), transcripts, and AI-generated summaries and highlights derived from them.
  • Program delivery: where your program includes a mentorship or an audit, notes and records from those sessions, and any property, listing or pricing information you give us for that purpose.
  • Platform usage: which tools you use, course and recording watch progress (including completion), documents and content you create in the tools, support correspondence, and technical data such as IP address, device and browser type.

2. Why we collect it

To run your enrolment and the Platform: verifying membership, providing courses, tools, coaching, mentorship and audits, maintaining the coaching library, processing payments and sending tax invoices, monitoring student progress so mentors and support can help, improving content, meeting legal obligations (tax, consumer law), and sending service emails. We only send marketing with an unsubscribe option.

We also use Platform data in two ways worth knowing about:

  • Combined statistics. We combine student results (like occupancy and revenue from the tools) into de-identified statistics — for example, average results across our students — which we may use anywhere, including marketing and sales. These statistics don't identify you.
  • Student wins. If you share a result with us or in the community, we may use it as a named example in marketing and sales conversations, with the protections in section 6. You can opt out at any time by emailing tech@bnbsuccess.com.au.

3. Cookies and analytics

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, keep the Platform secure, and understand how the Platform and our marketing are used so we can improve them. This may include analytics and advertising tools. Essential cookies are required for the Platform to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of the Platform may stop working if you do.

4. AI processing

Coaching-call recordings and transcripts are processed with AI services to generate summaries, chapters, highlights and safety reviews before publication. AI output about calls is reviewed by our team before students see it. We do not sell your data to AI providers or permit them to train public models on it.

5. Access credentials you give us

Where your program includes a listing and pricing audit, or where you share account access with a mentor, we use that access only for the purpose you gave it, don't make changes without your consent, and stop using it when the session or audit is complete. You should revoke or change any credentials you have shared with us afterwards. Only give us read-only access where the platform offers it.

6. Sharing, recordings and marketing

  • We share personal information with the service providers who host and operate the Platform under contract (hosting, video, calls, payments, email, community, e-signing and AI processing), with mentors and staff who need it for coaching, and where the law requires. Some providers store data outside Australia; we take reasonable steps to keep it protected. We do not sell your personal information.
  • Joining a live coaching call means being recorded. Recordings are kept in the coaching library for eligible students, and may also be included in educational products and packages we offer to current and future customers. If you shared something on a call that should be removed, contact us and we will review and edit or remove that section.
  • Where we feature your results in marketing, we use your first name and business name only. We will not publish your full name, address, any property address, financial account details, or any photograph or video of your face without your separate written consent. You can opt out of future use at any time by writing to us, though we can't recall materials already in circulation.
  • Events are photographed and filmed. Attending an event is consent to your image and voice being used in our marketing unless you tell us in writing beforehand.

7. Security and retention

Data is stored with access controls (role-restricted, service-only credentials for sensitive stores), payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers, and video is served with signed, expiring access.

We keep personal information while your account is active and afterwards as required for legal and tax purposes, then delete or de-identify it. Coaching-call recordings remain in the library for as long as the Platform operates, subject to your right to have specific sections removed.

If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

8. Access, correction and complaints

Email tech@bnbsuccess.com.au to access or correct your information, or to complain about a privacy matter — we respond within a reasonable time (aim: 30 days). If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Some information can't be deleted while it's needed to run your enrolment, or where the law requires us to keep it (like tax records). Deleting your account also doesn't remove you from recordings of calls you took part in — contact us if a specific section should come out.

9. Children

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes

We will notify material changes in-app or by email. The current version always lives on the Platform.
